What It Costs for Watkins Photography to Shoot Your Whole Office or Corporate Team

Summary

John answers the pricing question for businesses that want their entire office or corporate team photographed with consistent, premium results. His honest answer is that it depends, mostly on headcount and how long the shoot takes. As a reference point, the lowest he typically goes is around one hundred dollars per person on a ten-person job, and the per-person price drops considerably as the group grows, so a twenty-person team comes in lower per head. He comes on site, sets up the whole shoot, whether that is a backdrop or an environmental setup at the office, and makes everyone look premium and perfectly matched through consistent lighting and atmosphere. The final price simply comes down to how many people are involved and how many hours the job requires.

Answer

If you’re a group of professionals in the Bloomington area and you’re looking to get that whole team done, you want everybody’s headshot, you want them all to look premium and exactly the same, and you want to know how much it’s going to cost. My answer is, well, it kind of depends. If you’ve got 10 people, the lowest I usually get to is about a hundred bucks a person on a 10-person deal. But if you had 20 people, then obviously you can work that number down considerably lower per person. So I come out, I knock out the whole thing, we get it set up, whether it’s a backdrop or an environmental situation where somebody’s in their office, and we make everybody look absolutely premium and exactly the same with the lighting and the whole atmosphere. The end price is just based on how many people you’ve got and how many hours it’s going to take me.
